How to view and record a patient's hospitalization?
Where to view hospitalizations in progress or completed?
To enter the hospitalization module you must go to:
- Hospitalization
- Hospitalizations
Once there you will see all the hospitalizations in progress and those already completed.
How to start a new hospitalization?
To start a new hospitalization it must be done from the patient's record,
- Select patient
- Internment
This action will take you to the beginning of the patient's hospitalization and you will be able to complete the form with basic information about the animal, at the end tap on the "start hospitalization" button.
Now you will see the patient's hospitalization on the screen and you can add:
- Treatment indications (the system automatically generates all the doses that must be given to the patient for the duration of the treatment).
- Notes (any information that is important for treatment can be added)
- Parameters (you can take parameters that are already pre-established or take your own parameters and add them).
- Record transfusions.
Once the hospitalization is finished, you must click on the "end hospitalization" button and it will end.
