How to admit a patient for an Aesthetics and Bath visit?
To enter a new patient in this section you can do it in two ways:
- The first is to select the patient you want to enter and to the left of their information sheet you will find several quick access buttons, and you must select the one that says " Aesthetics and bathrooms ".
In this way, the selected patient is entered directly.
- The second option is to click on the services button located in the left sidebar and then select " aesthetics and bathrooms ". Then you must go to the " register visit " button located in the upper right corner of the screen.
Once inside the new visit you can select the reason, details and costs of the service, you can also upload the image of the before and after the pet's passage through this section, and if you wish you can publish them directly to the website provided by GVET.
How to save and charge for an Aesthetic visit?
Once you have completed all the fields you need, you must click the " Save " button located in the upper right corner. This will take you to a summary of the visit made, where you can see the information entered, the images uploaded, you can send it to collect in the next sale and if you wish you can schedule a next visit for the same patient .
Note: You can automatically update the patient's profile photo by the "after treatment image".
