How to create a new reminder?

To add a new reminder you can do it directly when you finish registering for a service. Below the details of the visit made, you will find the " New reminder" button where you can complete the reason for the next visit, the date and time that the patient must attend and, if required, you can add internal notes.

The other option is to create a reminder for any patient in general, who does not necessarily have to have a previous visit or be entered into the system. To do this, you must go to the " Appointments and reminders " section located in the left sidebar, once there click on the " New " button located in the upper right corner.

Here you can create the reminder in the same way mentioned above, with the difference that you can choose the patient.

And you can also do it from the calendar, select date and time and then " New reminder ", this will take you to the same form to fill out.

What are the means of sending reminders?

Clients will be notified of the scheduled reminders via email (if it was entered in the client's data), via WhatsApp (if it is active and configured for this) and our free app for clients (if the pet is linked to the system). .

Note: You can send reminders manually through the WhatsApp that you have active on your device, by clicking on the WhatsApp logo located to the right of the reminders.
Also your appointments can be linked with Google Calendar.
