How to bulk upload inventory?
How to get the file to upload your products?
To carry out a massive product upload to the GVET inventory using a document, you must first request the structure from support or download the current inventory in CSV format from:
- Sales and Stock
- Inventory
- Export
Once you have obtained the document, you must complete each column with the corresponding product data, without deleting or modifying any column.
It is important to respect the following considerations when completing the file:
- Upload a file in CSV format separated by commas or semicolons ( " , " or " ; " ) with UTF-8 encoding.
- Expiration dates in the format 2020-02-13 (Year - Month - Day).
- Numbers without symbols.
- The ID column will be empty if you are copying inventory from another location or veterinarian.
- Prices without added taxes.
- Categories the number corresponding to the category.
How to upload stock file?
Once complete, you need to upload it to GVET in the section:
- Sales and Stock
- Inventory
- Upload stock file.
Once there, browse for the document on your device and then click " Upload File "
Note: If there is an error in the document when uploading it, the system will not upload the file, and will show you where the error is. You must correct it and upload it again.
